SA Consultation Terms and Conditions

PROFESSIONAL FEES

  • The Separation Anxiety Remote Consultation fee is $240.

  • Payments are available through Stripe and/or PayPal via our scheduling app (Acuity).

  • The US dollar is the currency of choice. In case of international purchases, the fee will be subject to conversion to the respective national currency, depending on the chosen payment method requirements and each country’s regulations.

  • The total fee has to be paid in advance, prior to the consultation.

  • The Remote Consultation is available nationally and internationally, with no restrictions of country, but subject to be offered either in Spanish or English, depending on the client’s preferences.

  • The Separation Anxiety Remote Consultation fee is non-refundable. It can be applied to the Daily Support Separation Anxiety Subscription, if purchased.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSULTATION

  • The Consultation is done through a two-hour online meeting, using a pre-arranged way of communication.

  • The Consultation is offered prior to enrolling in the Daily Support Separation Anxiety Subscription, if needed.

  • The Consultation will include:

    • Gathering information regarding the dog’s existing condition.
    • Online assessment of the signs displayed by the dog when left alone during a real-time absence.
    • Information about the problem.
    • Deciding the best plan to change the behavior.

  • The Consultation language of choice will be Spanish or English, depending on the client’s requirements.

  • The consultation does not guarantee nor grant any results in relation to the separation anxiety treatment. Its nature is informative, and its goal is to orient the client to the situation their dog is experiencing and the approach that would be most beneficial to solve it.

The Real Time Absence Assessment can be recorded for educational purposes, or to share with the Client to benefit the treatment (please mark yes or no)
